PT TMS is hiring a Sales Executive in Pekanbaru - grow our marine coatings business, earn top commissions, and chart your path to leadership!
Tanggung jawab: Sell and Market marine & protective paint products; Find and Develop a new customer base. Approach, present, and follow up new potential customers; Achieve sales target set by Management; Compile sales and progress reports for the Head of Department; Prepare and organize technical report documents for our customers; Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure products are stored securely and efficiently in our warehouse; Build positive relationship and good communication with all customers; Job Requirements:; Working in Pekanbaru Area; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) , preferably Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering major (Fresh graduates with strong networking is considered); Minimum 1-3 year of experience in technical sales , preferably in Marine and Protective Coatings, Paint, or Shipping industry; Have ability to build relationship with new customer; Have extensive relation with current customer; Target oriented, proven track record, and a strong desire to succeed; Good negotiation skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required and English (both oral and written) is preferred; Discipline, Proactive, High Integrity and eager to grow into higher positions; Willing to travel for business trips; Possess SIM A/C and drive personal vehicle (advantage).
