Tanggung Jawab

• Sell and Market marine & protective paint products
• Find and Develop a new customer base. Approach, present, and follow up new potential customers
• Achieve sales target set by Management
• Compile sales and progress reports for the Head of Department
• Prepare and organize technical report documents for our customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure products are stored securely and efficiently in our warehouse
• Build positive relationship and good communication with all customers
• Job Requirements:
• Working in Pekanbaru Area
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) , preferably Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering major (Fresh graduates with strong networking is considered)
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in technical sales , preferably in Marine and Protective Coatings, Paint, or Shipping industry
• Have ability to build relationship with new customer
• Have extensive relation with current customer
• Target oriented, proven track record, and a strong desire to succeed
• Good negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required and English (both oral and written) is preferred
• Discipline, Proactive, High Integrity and eager to grow into higher positions
• Willing to travel for business trips
• Possess SIM A/C and drive personal vehicle (advantage)
