Patient Relations Coordinator

About the role RS Sedayu General Hospital is seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to join our Front Office and Guest Services team. This is a full-time position based in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta . As Patient Relations Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our patients and the hospital, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional care and attention from their first point of contact. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding patient experience and plays a crucial part in our mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality healthcare services.

What you'll be doing Greeting patients and visitors upon arrival and providing them with accurate information about hospital services, departments, and procedures Managing patient check-in processes and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently

Responding to patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues to appropriate staff members when necessary Coordinating between various hospital departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care transitions Scheduling patient appointments and managing appointment confirmations and reminders

Maintaining patient records and databases with confidentiality and accuracy, adhering to all privacy regulations Assisting with patient feedback collection and reporting concerns to hospital management to support continuous improvement initiatives Providing support during peak hours and helping to resolve patient complaints with tact and professionalism

Ensuring the front office area remains clean, welcoming, and well-organised at all times Supporting the organisation of hospital events and guest relation programmes What we're looking for
