PT Citilink Indonesia merupakan maskapai penerbangan yang berfokus pada segmen budget traveller. Posisi magang ini berfokus pada pemahaman produk kemitraan dalam industri transportasi udara. Intern akan melakukan benchmarking terhadap kompetitor, mengolah data terkait hasil analisis, serta mengidentifikasi potensi mitra untuk iklan inflight. Selain itu, intern akan mengelola data entry dan pelaporan untuk reservasi layanan tambahan seperti Citilink Surprise In dan Airport Lounge.
Tanggung jawab: Understand partnership products in the transportation industry; Conduct benchmarking against competitor airlines and online travel agent platforms; Collect and process data related to benchmarking results; Analyze benchmarking results and prepare regular reports; Identify potential partners for Citilink inflight advertising; Manage data entry and reporting processes.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Management, Air Transportation Management, or a related field; Having a good knowledge of the aviation industry; Solid understanding of management principles; Proficient in using Microsoft Office; Strong analytical thinking skills; Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; Willing to work onsite at Citilink's Head Office (CGK).
