The Padel Club Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of daily club operations, including court bookings, academy programs, events, food and beverage services, and retail operations. This role is pivotal in driving revenue targets and managing the club's profit and loss (P&L) statements. Beyond operations, the manager is expected to grow membership numbers, increase academy enrollment, and foster community engagement. You will coordinate club events, leagues, and external event organizer activities, while also developing strategic partnerships with corporate entities, sponsors, and local communities to enhance the club's presence and performance.
