Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging design or graphic design (FMCG, cosmetics, food & beverage, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with 3D visualization software (such as Blender, KeyShot, ArtiosCAD, or similar) is an advantage
• Familiar with packaging production specifications and artwork preparation for mass production
• Knowledge of packaging regulations and labeling requirements is preferred
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work independently while maintaining high quality and meeting project deadlines

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop packaging concepts that align with brand identity, product positioning, and target market
• Create mockups, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials for internal reviews and client presentations
• Prepare production-ready artwork and final print files according to printing and manufacturing specifications
• Ensure all packaging artwork complies with regulatory requirements, labelling standards, and product information
• Coordinate with packaging suppliers, printers, and production teams to ensure artwork accuracy and print quality
