Packaging RNI (Creative) Staff is located in Cibis Nine Building, South Jakarta, and will working team in Team Packaging RNI. Please read the qualifications. Disclaimer: The selection process will be conducting offline interview in South Jakarta & Ciracas, East Jakarta. Ensure that you able to attend offline interview based on our procedure
Tanggung jawab: Develop packaging concepts that align with brand identity, product positioning, and target market; Create mockups, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials for internal reviews and client presentations; Prepare production-ready artwork and final print files according to printing and manufacturing specifications; Ensure all packaging artwork complies with regulatory requirements, labelling standards, and product information; Coordinate with packaging suppliers, printers, and production teams to ensure artwork accuracy and print quality.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging design or graphic design (FMCG, cosmetics, food & beverage, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred); Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign; Experience with 3D visualization software (such as Blender, KeyShot, ArtiosCAD, or similar) is an advantage; Familiar with packaging production specifications and artwork preparation for mass production; Knowledge of packaging regulations and labeling requirements is preferred; Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Able to work independently while maintaining high quality and meeting project deadlines.
