Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with proven experience managing multi-store environments. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Solid understanding of COGS management, labor planning, budgeting, and operational KPI tracking. Experience in leading teams, coaching, and driving performance improvements. Proven track record in store expansion or opening new outlets is a plus.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex operational challenges. Proven record in Chinese restaurant.
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple F&B outlets to ensure operational excellence, service quality, and brand consistency. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive productivity, improve performance, and maximize profitability. Monitor financial performance (COGS, labor cost, sales trends) and execute action plans to achieve target KPIs.
Manage and optimize inventory, purchasing, and cost control processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Conduct regular operational audits, store visits, and performance reviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Lead expansion projects including new store openings, manpower planning, training, and operational setup.
