• Make a plan for delivery of vehicle finished good to destination as customer request
• Choose the vendor transport & confirm for received order the delivery
• Distribute the list of outbound plan to customer, office team, outbound team, security and transporter
• Order trucking to transporter or vendor
• Regular check the flow process as out procedures and update the progress of picking team, washing, accessories, PDI, Alarm team of pending list and all document DL & PDI
• Update the data moving All unit
• Reporting to customer, supervisor & manager
• Requirements:
• Education background : Bachelor degree or above.(Logistics engineering , Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors preferred)
• Minimum has two years of working experience in related field (Outbound Planner or Transport Planner is a Plus
• Can driving and have a license is a Plus
• Fluent in English, both verbal & written, and Mandarin is a Plus
• Able to handle pressure and teamwork when required
• Able to perform independently when required
• Technical ability :Good knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Access)
