Posisi Organization Development & HRBP Specialist bertanggung jawab dalam mendesain, meninjau, serta memelihara struktur organisasi agar selaras dengan dinamika bisnis perusahaan. Peran ini juga mencakup evaluasi jabatan, penerapan manajemen kinerja, serta analisis metrik SDM untuk memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi kepemimpinan perusahaan.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's or Master's Degree with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in Organization Development or a related role; Proficiency in organizational design tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and core Microsoft Office software (advanced Excel and PowerPoint); Hands-on experience in Organization Design, Operating models, Job Analysis, RACI framework, Business Process Mapping, and HR Data Analytics; Solid grasp of HR principles and the end-to-end employee lifecycle; Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels; Proven project management capabilities with high attention to detail and strict adherence to confidentiality; Proactive, structured approach to managing multiple initiatives independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
