PT Adi Jaya Montana is a plastic flexible packaging company that provides innovative printing and packaging solutions for various industries. We are currently building a Quality Control Team led by a Quality Control Supervisor who is passionate about product quality, highly detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring that every product meets company standards and customer expectations. In this role, you will oversee daily quality control operations, lead the QC team, and ensure that quality systems are effectively implemented across all production stages.Responsible for daily quality control activities, including inspection of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods Monitor and analyze quality data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with ISO , GMP , and customer-specific quality requirementsCollaborate with Production, R&D, and QA teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) , preferably majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent); Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control — preferably in packaging, plastics, or FMCG manufacturing; Strong understanding of QC tools, laboratory testing methods, and Statistical Quality Control (SQC); Detail-oriented and able to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Willing to be placed in Cikarang / Bekasi.
Kualifikasi
