Operator Maintenance bertanggung jawab dalam pemeliharaan mesin di lingkungan manufaktur. Peran ini berfokus pada analisis masalah mesin, troubleshooting, serta memastikan sistem mekanikal, pneumatik, dan elektrikal (khususnya thermoforming) berjalan dengan optimal untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional produksi.
Tanggung jawab: Melakukan pemeliharaan mesin; Analisis masalah mesin dan troubleshooting; Identifikasi pola untuk solusi preventif.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; Minimum 3 years of experience as MEP Engineer in manufacturing company; Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatical, and electrical systems (thermoforming); Strong ability in machinery problem analysis and troubleshooting; Critical thinking and the ability to identify patterns to find preventative solutions; Good communication and coordination skills; Willing to work in shifts.
