Operations & Supply Coordinator

Indonesia Full-time PT The Archipel Atelier Omana Furniture is a premium furniture and interior brand based in French Polynesia, working closely with selected suppliers and manufacturers in Indonesia. We specialize in custom and curated furniture for private villas, residential projects, hospitality and premium interiors.

As the company grows, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Supply Coordinator to help manage the daily coordination between clients, suppliers, production and logistics. Organize and prepare quotation requests Collect missing client information

Coordinate appointments and quotation presentations Follow up with clients after presentations Handle quotation updates and modifications

Ensure smooth communication and client follow-up Update customer information in Odoo / CRM Request quotations from suppliers

Compare pricing and supplier information Prepare and send purchase orders Follow supplier confirmations and production progress
