The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire day-to-day operations of the Svara Boutique Residences, ensuring exceptional guest experience, smooth coordination between departments, and the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and maintenance. This role leads and manages the villa team to deliver personalized hospitality while maintaining operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management:

1. Supervise and coordinate all villa operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. 2. Ensure seamless daily operations and uphold service standards for all guest interactions and villa services. 3. Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness before guest arrivals.

4. Manage scheduling, task delegation, and workflow for villa staff to optimize efficiency and productivity. 5. Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely repairs to preserve villa condition and guest satisfaction. Guest Experience & Service Excellence:

1. Act as the main point of contact for villa guests, ensuring all requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. 2. Anticipate guest needs and ensure personalized and memorable service throughout their stay. 3. Handle guest complaints tactfully and implement corrective measures to maintain guest satisfaction.

4. Monitor guest feedback (online reviews, surveys, direct comments) and develop action plans for continuous improvement. Staff Leadership & Development: 1. Lead, train, and motivate the villa team to deliver excellent service in line with company standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hospitality operations, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • 2. Previous experience managing villa operations, boutique resorts, or luxury hospitality properties is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • 1. Strong understanding of front office, housekeeping, and maintenance operations.
  • 2. Knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) and reporting tools.
  • 3. Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and operational SOPs.
  • Soft Skills:
  • 1. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • 2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • 3. High level of initiative, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • 4. Exceptional guest service orientation and communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
  • 5. Hands-on, organized, and adaptable to changing operational needs.
