Micro1 is seeking professionals to support a writing-focused customer project involving business analysis, research, and operational reasoning for AI training. This role is ideal for those who can analyze business scenarios, decisions, and trade-offs while conducting quantitative and qualitative research. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing requirements, analyzing data using tools like Excel or SQL, and developing reports, memos, business cases, and process documentation. You will also identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations to support AI training initiatives.
