Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily theme park operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and service excellence Lead and coordinate operational teams to achieve business and guest satisfaction targets
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and company standards Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support smooth park operations
Handle operational issues and guest concerns in a timely and professional manner Prepare operational reports and support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in theme park, tourism, hospitality, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of operational management, safety standards, SOP implementation, and guest service excellence
- Proven leadership, team management, and people development skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Placement in Cisarua, Bogor
