Operational Manager – PIC

We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager – PIC Vessel to lead and oversee the daily operations of our fleet. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant vessel operations while coordinating with internal departments, clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the company’s vessels.

Ensure vessel operations comply with company policies, maritime regulations, and safety standards. Plan, coordinate, and monitor vessel schedules to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate with Commercial, Technical, Crewing, HSE, Purchasing, Finance, and other departments to support vessel operations.

Oversee vessel maintenance planning, docking schedules, repairs, and bunker management. Monitor vessel performance, operational costs, and fuel consumption while identifying opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with clients, port authorities, surveyors, vendors, and other external stakeholders regarding vessel operations.

Conduct vessel inspections and site visits as required. Prepare operational reports, analyze performance, and provide recommendations to Management. Lead, supervise, and develop the vessel operations team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Naval Architecture, Maritime Studies, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in vessel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
