OPERATIONAL MANAGER (MANDARIN SPEAKER) Code: OM Responsibilities / Duties:
Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. Coordinate with internal teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to support operational efficiency. Act as a communication bridge by interpreting spoken Mandarin into Bahasa Indonesia (or English is a plus, but not mandatory) during meetings, discussions, and site visits.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality. Prepare and assist with operational reports, presentations, and business meetings. Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure operational targets are achieved.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age: 45 yo.
- Minimum D3 degree in any major.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to conduct and assist with presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or equivalent software.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when needed.
- Candidates living in Tangerang (Serpong area) or West Jakarta are preferred.
- Willing to attend an interview at our office located in Kawasan Industri Blessindo, Tangerang.
