Technical Operation Auditor, Solar Panel, Teknik Elektro
Tanggung jawab: Conduct operational audits across business processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations; Perform field audits and site inspections to validate operational activities and work quality; Evaluate operational performance, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements; Prepare audit reports and monitor corrective actions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency; Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Operational Audit, Technical Audit, or related fields; Strong knowledge of Solar PV (Solar Panel), electrical infrastructure, and power systems; Experience conducting field/site audits in telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, or energy industries is an advantage; Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills; Willing to travel for field audits and site inspections.
