Flokq is looking for an entry-level team member to help run our day-to-day online marketing activities. You will work across several areas, including social media, email campaigns, customer databases, website updates, online content, and digital promotions. This is a practical execution role: priorities and objectives will be set by the team, while you will be responsible for completing assigned activities carefully, keeping work organized, and making sure deadlines are met. You do not need to arrive as a marketing expert. We are open to fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience who are comfortable learning new tools and handling a variety of online tasks.
Your work may include: Prepare, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms. Keep social media calendars updated and ensure planned posts go live correctly.
Assist with email campaigns, including preparing recipient lists, checking content, testing links, and scheduling sends. Update customer information, contact lists, categories, tags, and campaign records within CRM systems. Help organize customer communication activities and follow-up campaigns.
Upload and edit content on company websites and other online platforms. Check web pages for incorrect information, formatting problems, missing images, or broken links. Support simple SEO implementation tasks such as page titles, descriptions, internal links, and content updates.
Prepare online campaign materials and complete required setup tasks. Check live campaigns and online activities to confirm they are running correctly. Maintain marketing spreadsheets, task lists, calendars, and internal records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to read and write in English for everyday work purposes.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and common office applications.
- Confident using web-based software and learning new systems.
- Good attention to detail and personal organization.
