Summarecon Mall Makassar operates a large-scale parking facility requiring efficient management to ensure visitor convenience and safety. This role is part of the operations team dedicated to maintaining smooth traffic flow and system reliability. The Officer - Parking is responsible for monitoring the daily conditions of the parking area, including traffic flow, capacity, and system performance. The role involves coordinating with parking attendants and vendors, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and addressing any technical or operational issues that arise to maintain a seamless experience for mall visitors.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor parking area conditions, traffic flow, and parking capacity; Ensure parking area operations run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with procedures; Conduct checks on the parking system and follow up on technical or operational issues; Coordinate with parking attendants, vendors, and relevant departments; Prepare parking operational reports.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Transportation, Engineering, or a related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Experience in Parking Management, Transportation, Facility Management, or Operations is an advantage; Good understanding of parking management, traffic flow, parking systems, and safety procedures.
