Occupational Therapist di rumah sakit bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan layanan rehabilitasi medis yang komprehensif. Peran ini mencakup melakukan asesmen kondisi pasien, merencanakan program terapi, serta memilih modalitas terapi yang tepat berdasarkan data klinis. Terapis juga berperan dalam mengedukasi pasien dan keluarga mengenai prosedur, efek terapi, serta perawatan lanjutan di rumah untuk memastikan keberlanjutan proses penyembuhan. Selain aspek klinis, posisi ini menuntut kepatuhan terhadap standar layanan rumah sakit, dokumentasi medis yang akurat, serta koordinasi dengan tim medis lainnya. Terapis harus memastikan keamanan dan kebersihan alat sebelum digunakan, serta aktif dalam kegiatan peningkatan kualitas layanan dan pelaporan operasional untuk mendukung target unit rehabilitasi medis.
Tanggung jawab: Attend briefings before scheduled patient appointments to obtain information regarding previous operational conditions; Check the function and cleanliness of tools before use; Receive patients using service standards set by the Hospital; Carrying out an assessment regarding the condition and complaints of discomfort experienced by the patient; Determining a diagnosis to plan the program and actions; Analyzing integrated information from patient assessment data; Explain the procedure to be given, the length of time, and the effects of the procedure to the patient; Carry out the occupational therapy program in accordance with established procedures; Educate patients and their families/companions after the procedure regarding home care and schedule the next session; Carry out complete documentation of patient files; Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities; Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services.
Kualifikasi: Diploma (D3) Degree from Occupational Therapy; Have minimum 1 years work experience as Occupational Therapist.
