Nurse IPD / OPD bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan rutin maupun khusus sesuai dengan instruksi dokter dan standar rumah sakit. Peran ini menuntut profesionalisme tinggi dalam memantau kondisi fisik dan psikologis pasien serta memastikan setiap tindakan medis terdokumentasi dengan akurat. Anda akan berperan dalam pemberian obat, cairan infus, serta membantu dokter dalam pemeriksaan fisik atau prosedur medis minor. Selain itu, Anda bertugas mengedukasi pasien dan keluarga mengenai perawatan di rumah, mengelola inventaris medis, serta menjaga kerahasiaan data pasien melalui sistem rekam medis elektronik (EHR) dengan tetap mengutamakan standar keselamatan dan pengendalian infeksi.
Tanggung jawab: Provide routine and specialized nursing care according to doctor's orders and hospital standards; Track vital signs, observe patient physical and psychological status, and note drug or treatment reactions; Give prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments safely, then log them in; Assist physicians during patient rounds, physical exams, or minor bedside procedures; Prepare and maintain medical equipment, and check daily inventory of medical supplies and drugs; Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and nursing care reports; Instruct patients and families on home care, recovery steps, and discharge requirements; Check vital signs, record patient medical history, verify identification, measure height/weight/BMI, and prioritize incoming patients; Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures, administer medications or injections, perform wound care, and collect diagnostic specimens or run ECGs; Explain treatment plans, medication schedules, post-procedure instructions, and self-management strategies for chronic diseases; Prepare consultation rooms, maintain emergency carts, manage daily patient flow, and coordinate care with multi-disciplinary teams; Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR), uphold patient confidentiality, and follow strict infection control and safety standards.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing major; Preferably have certification in ACLS/ BTCLS; Proven at least 2 years of experience as Nurse IPD / OPD; Excellent in details, hospitality skills, including the ability to listen and serve people.
