Kami mencari Network & Field Support Officer untuk memastikan operasional IT yang andal di kantor pusat dan cabang. Peran ini mencakup dukungan lapangan, infrastruktur jaringan, pemantauan sistem, dan administrasi IT. Anda akan menangani instalasi, pemeliharaan, dan pemecahan masalah perangkat keras (PC, laptop, printer) serta perangkat lunak. Selain itu, Anda bertanggung jawab merancang dan memelihara infrastruktur LAN/WAN, mengelola dasbor pemantauan jaringan, serta mengelola administrasi Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
Tanggung jawab: Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PC, laptop, printer, and software across Head Office and Branches; Act as the first escalation point for advanced IT operational issues; Prepare weekly reports on field support performance, incident trends, and issue resolution status; Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal network performance; Manage network monitoring dashboards using Grafana and SolarWinds; Perform advanced troubleshooting on Access Point, Router, Switch, Firewall, and Cloud environments; Analyze network traffic and capacity to support future infrastructure planning and improvements; Review and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, standards, and IT policies; Manage Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration and O365 license allocation.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2 years of experience in Network, IT Infrastructure, or Field Support; Strong experience in network management and infrastructure; Experience managing Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.
