National Training Manager

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Management, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the Mining and Heavy Equipment industry is highly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Competency Management
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong experience in training strategy, TNA, and competency management systems
• Proven experience in developing and delivering learning programs and training curricula
• Experienced in competency assessment and evaluation methodologies
• Good understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and heavy equipment training requirements
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong analytical, reporting, and KPI management skills
• Experience in project management and budget management
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of training compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Certification in Training of Trainer (TOT) and Competency Assessor is an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and implement annual training and competency strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps and development priorities
• Develop, maintain, and improve competency standards, frameworks, and competency matrices
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs
• Develop training curricula, learning materials, and assessment tools
• Deliver classroom, field, and on-the-job training programs
• Conduct competency assessments and evaluate training effectiveness
• Lead and develop trainers, assessors, and the training team
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure workforce capability requirements are met
• Manage training projects, schedules, and resources
• Manage annual training budgets and monitor cost effectiveness
• Administer and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) utilization
• Analyze training KPIs and provide regular reports and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company training requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
