Job Description: Prepare and plan the implementation of the PMKP work program Lead, coordinate, and terminate the implementation of PMKP operations effectively, efficiently and with quality

Collect indicator data from both the Quality Improvement Coordinator and the Hospital Patient Safety Coordinator and related work units Analyze service quality indicator data, both hospital clinical quality indicators and hospital managerial quality indicators as well as patient safety indicators

Evaluate the implementation of the 5 (five) priority areas that have been determined by the Director with a primary focus on the use of PPK, Clinical Pathway and key quality indicators Conduct analysis of the collected data and convert it into information Conduct internal validation of PMKP data and conduct it periodically

Disseminate information on improving quality and patient safety periodically through staff meetings Increase member knowledge by providing training to staff participating in the PMKP program Requirements :

Bachelor of Information Technology / Information Systems / Public Health Education / Midwifery / Nursing Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field Having an interest and experience in the field of Hospital Management
