Modern Channel Supervisor - Jakarta - WFO (ID: 691804)

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the maintenance and management of key client relationships with Guardian, Watsons, and Boots; 2. Responsible for driving brand business growth by setting and breaking down annual sales targets, promptly following up, and ensuring their achievement; 3. Responsible for driving the implementation and execution of foundational tasks, including but not limited to: annual planning strategies, new product launches, and category management (distribution, merchandising); 4. Gain insights into customer needs and market opportunities, analyze the marketing strategies of competitors/peer products, and formulate comprehensive short-, medium-, and long-term strategies. Job Requirements: 1. Familiar with modern distribution channels, with over 3 years of experience in channel sales within the food, health food, or cosmetics industry; 2. Good communication in English 3. Priority will be given to those who have experience working with Guardian, Watsons, or Boots 4. Willing to be located in North Jakarta area
