The Hub Partner Training & Program Officer plays a pivotal role in driving partner refreshment, retention, and training excellence within the organization. This position is responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of training programs tailored to meet evolving business and operational requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Operations team to ensure accurate scheduling, conducting regular mobile visits across various hubs to identify operational issues, and performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to address capability gaps. The role also involves tracking critical training metrics—such as post-test scores and attendance rates—to generate daily and weekly performance reports, while proactively proposing initiatives to enhance overall training workflows.
Tanggung jawab: Update and conduct regular partner refreshment training programs based on business and operational needs; Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure accurate Mitra scheduling and resolve unscheduled partner issues; Travel regularly across Astro hubs to identify operational issues and training needs directly on-site; Track key training metrics including post-test scores, attendance rates, and overall effectiveness; Deliver accurate daily and weekly performance reports; Utilize data insights and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and propose targeted improvement initiatives; Update monthly training workflows; Maintain a minimum average post-test score of 90% and sustain training attendance rates above 75%.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; 1–2 years of experience in Training, Operations, Logistics, or Retail environments; Strong hands-on expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), case studies, and training gap identification; Proficient in Google Workspace (pivot tables, IF conditions, error handling, and array formulas) for reporting and analytics; Agile, proactive, and willing to be hands-on in supporting team operations; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing performance targets; Willingness to work dynamically across different hub locations as required.
