Posisi manajerial tingkat korporat ini bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin strategi dan implementasi Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (HSE) di seluruh operasional perusahaan pertambangan. Peran ini mencakup pengembangan kebijakan HSE, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi pertambangan, serta memimpin audit SMKP (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan). Manajer ini juga bertugas membimbing tim HSE di kantor pusat maupun lokasi tambang untuk membangun budaya keselamatan yang kuat.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and oversee the implementation of HSE policies, strategies, and standards across all company operations; Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to occupational safety, environmental management, and mining operations; Oversee the implementation of the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and ensure compliance with applicable requirements; Lead SMKP internal audits, evaluate HSE management systems, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions; Identify and assess occupational safety and environmental risks, and establish appropriate mitigation and prevention measures; Oversee the investigation of workplace accidents, incidents, and environmental events, and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented; Develop and evaluate HSE performance indicators, safety reports, and continuous improvement programs across all sites; Lead, guide, and develop HSE teams at the Head Office and site to ensure consistent implementation of company HSE standards; Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding HSE performance improvement, operational risk control, and regulatory compliance; Develop safety training, awareness programs, and initiatives to promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HSE, preferably in the mining industry, with proven managerial experience; Mandatory: Must hold a valid or verifiable SMKP Auditor Certification (Mining Safety Management System Auditor); Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations, SMKP requirements, HSE management systems, and environmental regulations; Proven experience in conducting SMKP audits, compliance assessments, risk identification, and audit finding follow-ups; Experience in workplace accident investigations, risk management, and HSE performance improvement programs; Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills; Willing to travel for business and conduct regular visits to mining sites.
