Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi dan mengoordinasikan transaksi keuangan harian yang berkaitan dengan operasional pertambangan, termasuk pengadaan, manajemen inventaris, dan alokasi biaya. Peran ini memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar dan regulasi akuntansi Indonesia dalam setiap pencatatan keuangan. Selain itu, pemegang posisi akan memantau akun terkait pertambangan seperti depresiasi peralatan, biaya material, dan biaya tenaga kerja. Peran ini juga mendukung proses penganggaran, prakiraan biaya operasional, serta berkolaborasi dengan tim operasional untuk memastikan pelacakan biaya yang akurat dan mendukung audit internal.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee and coordinate daily financial transactions related to mining operations, including procurement, inventory management, and cost allocation; Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation for mining activities, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations; Monitor and reconcile mining-related accounts, including equipment depreciation, material costs, and labour expenses; Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements specific to mining operations; Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for mining projects and operational costs; Collaborate with operational teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate cost tracking across all mining activities; Maintain communication between the finance department and on-site mining operations to address financial discrepancies; Assist in conducting internal audits and ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures; Support the development and implementation of financial controls for mining operations; Contribute to the preparation of reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
