Posisi Mining Civil Engineer Foreman bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi dan mengoordinasikan kegiatan konstruksi teknik sipil harian di lokasi tambang. Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate daily civil engineering construction activities on-site, including excavation, foundation work, haul road construction and other mining infrastructure development; Oversee the work of construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines and budget constraints; Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify that all work meets engineering drawings, specifications and regulatory requirements; Implement and enforce comprehensive health, safety and environmental protocols across all construction activities; Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, progress reports, material usage and any incidents or safety concerns; Identify and resolve technical challenges and construction issues in real-time, liaising with senior engineers when necessary; Coordinate the movement and delivery of materials, equipment and personnel to support efficient site operations; Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to ensure all team members understand project requirements and safety expectations; Report directly to site management on project progress, budget performance and any risks to timely completion.
