Posisi Mining Business Development Manager mencari seorang ahli pengembangan bisnis pertambangan yang dinamis untuk bergabung dan memperkuat tim perusahaan di Indonesia. Peran strategis ini berfokus pada identifikasi peluang bisnis pertambangan baru, perluasan jaringan kemitraan, serta pengelolaan akuisisi proyek secara komprehensif. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pembangunan dan pemeliharaan hubungan baik dengan otoritas pemerintah, perusahaan tambang, pemilik proyek, investor, dan pemangku kepentingan kunci lainnya. Kandidat juga akan memimpin evaluasi kelayakan proyek dari asesmen cadangan hingga studi teknis, mendukung negosiasi bisnis dan model kerjasama (seperti kemitraan ekuitas, EPC, dan EPC+F), serta memberikan rekomendasi komersial dan investasi berbasis analisis risiko yang mendalam.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and identify new mining business opportunities in Indonesia; Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, mining companies, project owners, investors and other key stakeholders; Identify and evaluate potential mining projects from resource assessment through project development; Support mining project acquisition, government approvals and business negotiations; Develop and negotiate business cooperation models including equity partnership, EPC and EPC+F; Coordinate with technical teams and support the review of PFS, FS and other technical studies; Assess project risks and provide commercial and investment-related recommendations; Requirements:; Minimum 10 years of experience in the mining industry, preferably in metal mining; Minimum 5 years of experience in a project leadership or senior management role; Strong experience in mining business development and project acquisition in Indonesia; Strong network within the Indonesian mining industry, including government, mining owners and investors; Good understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and licensing such as RKAB, IUP and IUPK; Knowledge of nickel, copper, gold, bauxite or iron ore mining; Familiarity with JORC and/or NI 43-101 standards; Experience in Feasibility Study (FS) preparation or review; Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and business development skills; Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred; Candidates with both mining technical and commercial experience are preferred.
