Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mine planning, preferably in nickel mining operations. Tanggung jawab: Develop and manage short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual); Design and optimize pit layouts, waste dumps, haul roads, and mining sequences; Perform pit optimization studies using Whittle; Prepare and maintain production schedules using Minesched; Conduct resource and reserve estimation to support mine development and production planning; Develop mine designs, block models, and technical analyses using Surpac (BM & MD); Perform spatial analysis and mine mapping using ArcGIS; Monitor actual production performance against mine plans and provide recommendations for improvement; Prepare technical reports and support regulatory submissions, including RKAB; Collaborate closely with Survey, Geology, Production, and HSE teams to ensure efficient mining operations.
Kualifikasi: Experience in preparing and supporting RKAB submissions and other regulatory reports; Previous experience in nickel mining operations; Proficiency in English or Mandarin is an advantage.
