This full-time position is based in Lampung Selatan, Lampung, where you will be responsible for optimising mining operations and ensuring efficient resource utilisation.
Tanggung jawab: Developing and implementing comprehensive mine plans to maximise productivity and profitability; Analysing geological data and resource models to determine optimal mining strategies; Coordinating and overseeing mining activities, including extraction, processing, and materials handling; Monitoring and adjusting mine plans to respond to changes in market conditions, resource availability, and operational factors; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements; Ensuring compliance with relevant mining regulations and industry best practices; Providing regular reports and recommendations to management on mining operations and performance.
