Perusahaan pengolahan gula membuka lowongan untuk posisi Mill Inventory & Logistic Manager yang bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola seluruh inventaris pabrik guna memastikan ketersediaan material serta menjaga tingkat stok yang optimal. Peran ini juga memastikan operasional gudang dan penyimpanan berjalan secara aman, terorganisasi, dan efisien. Selain manajemen inventaris, posisi ini memimpin aktivitas logistik internal untuk tebu, ampas, abu, gula, dan tetes tebu, serta mengoordinasikan operasional jembatan timbang, bongkar muat, dan penanganan material. Seluruh kegiatan logistik dan gudang wajib mematuhi persyaratan Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan (HSE) yang ketat.
Tanggung jawab: Manage all mill inventories to ensure material availability and maintain optimal stock levels; Ensure warehouse and storage operations are safe, organized, and efficient; Manage internal logistics activities for cane, mud, ash, sugar, and molasses; Coordinate logistics activities supporting sugar mill operations, including cane transportation, internal traffic flow, weighbridge operations, unloading, and material handling; Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure high levels of inventory integrity through effective control and monitoring; Ensure all logistics and warehouse activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements; Enforce warehouse safety standards, lifting and material handling procedures, chemical handling regulations, and fire prevention requirements.
Kualifikasi: Willing to work in site Merauke (non roster); Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of industrial experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position; Experience in the sugar mill or process industry is preferred; Strong understanding of inventory, warehouse, and logistics management systems; Familiarity with SAP, ERP, CMMS, inventory reporting, and data analysis systems.
