SPX Express membuka kesempatan bagi tenaga profesional logistik untuk bergabung sebagai Middle Mile Supervisor di Kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. Perusahaan merupakan penyedia layanan logistik terkemuka yang mendukung ekosistem e-commerce dengan operasional pengiriman cepat dan luas. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab mengawasi dan memimpin operasional logistik pihak ketiga (3PL) maupun linehaul internal secara menyeluruh. Tugas harian meliputi berkoordinasi dengan hub First Mile, Sortation Center, dan Last Mile untuk memastikan keselarasan waktu pengiriman, bekerja sama dengan tim armada guna menjamin kesiapan unit, merencanakan rute yang efisien, serta melatih dan mengembangkan anggota tim operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and lead both 3rd-party logistics (3PL) and internal linehaul operations; Coordinate with First Mile, Sortation Center and Last Mile hubs to align on lead times and trip demand; Work closely with the fleet team to ensure unit readiness; Plan and optimize routes while maximizing fleet utilization; Monitor vehicle occupancy to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness; Coach and develop team members to strengthen operational capabilities; Manage resource planning to support Sortation Center’s new implementations; Requirements:; High school degree and above from all majors; 3 - 5 years experience in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain industry (prior experience as a Transport Supervisor would be an advantage); Experienced in handling Land/Air/Sea operations; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach; Willing to be placed in Kab. Maros.
