Strong understanding of book industry trends, genres, bestseller cycles, and customer preferences. Experienced in handling book assortment planning, title selection, and publisher/vendor negotiation. Good analytical skills in reviewing sales performance, inventory, and pricing strategy. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
