Job Description: Manage supplier products. Conduct negotiations and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Propose new products and promotions for both online and offline stores. Conduct store visits to check product displays, product availability, and promotional materials such as POP and thematic programs. Coordinate with related departments such as Warehouse, Administration, Design, IT, Legal, and Operations.
Develop training programs in collaboration with internal trainers and suppliers. Prepare weekly and monthly reports accurately and on time. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Merchandising, Category Management, Buying, Retail, or a related commercial role. Experience coordinating with suppliers and supporting vendor negotiations.
Good understanding of merchandising principles, inventory management, sales analysis, and promotional planning. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting analysis. Strong communication, negotiation, and target-driven.
