Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise, control and organize engineering team performance in all Electrical, Civil, Plumbing and HVAC activities
• Administer budget plan and create efficient expenses for Engineering Cost
• Mastering and ensure material application according to factory or technical specifications
• Able to prepare plan and build HVAC system, trafo and electrical control panel
• Accurately execute working inspection in commissioning process for third party or sub-contractor based on report/drawing/QC/Inspector
• Able to check the quality of work according to specifications and drawings
• Ensure all physical works on site comply with applicable safety standard
• Provide and assist regarding any technical/mechanical issues
• To prepare all supporting data in order to ensure reliability and quality as expected by company's standards
• Prepare documents for audits
• Requirement :
• Reputable university majoring Degree/Professional qualification in Technical, Electrical/Mechanical or other related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing working experience in property or similar industries
• In depth knowledge and able to execute preventive action and building maintenance in proper schedule for Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Plumbing and HVAC
• Possess good computation skills attention to detail and must be able to demonstrate good calculation of project installation, understand mandarin language will be preferred
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel ; very good with spreadsheets, knowledge of scheduler information system and understand civil construction is a plus
• General Personality: Very good initiative skill, able to work under pressure, good teamwork player or individually, attention to detail, clean and proper, timely manner and accurate execution, internet fluently is preferred
