MEP Engineer Specialist

Review and validate MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submissions prior to construction. Ensure all MEP designs comply with applicable local regulations, international standards, and project requirements. Provide technical recommendations for value engineering and design optimization.

Coordinate engineering solutions with CSA, architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines. Provide technical guidance to site engineers during installation activities. Resolve engineering and construction-related technical issues.

Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Conduct technical evaluations of proposed engineering changes. Ensure MEP installation complies with approved drawings and quality standards.

Participate in inspections, testing, and quality audits. Identify non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions. Monitor compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.

Develop and review Testing & Commissioning (T&C) procedures. Supervise functional testing of MEP systems. Verify system performance before project handover.
