Kami mencari MEP Engineer untuk bergabung dengan tim kami dalam mendukung perencanaan, desain, koordinasi, dan pelaksanaan sistem MEP untuk proyek konstruksi vila dan hunian di Bali. Kandidat ideal harus memiliki pengetahuan teknis yang kuat dalam sistem kelistrikan, pemipaan, kolam renang, dan tata udara (AC). Peran ini mencakup pengembangan gambar teknis, perhitungan beban, pemilihan peralatan, serta pengawasan di lapangan untuk memastikan instalasi sesuai dengan standar kualitas dan regulasi bangunan yang berlaku. Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan arsitek, insinyur sipil, kontraktor, dan vendor untuk memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai jadwal dan anggaran.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, design, and deliver MEP engineering works for villa and residential construction projects; Design and prepare technical drawings for electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, and air conditioning systems; Develop MEP layouts, schematics, equipment layouts, and detailed construction drawings based on project requirements; Perform relevant engineering calculations and sizing for electrical loads, water supply, drainage, air conditioning systems, pumps, and other MEP components; Prepare and review MEP drawings, specifications, calculations, material requirements, design reports, and other technical documentation; Review MEP designs and technical deliverables for compliance with applicable codes, regulations, project requirements, and quality standards; Provide technical support on-site, including reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, equipment specifications, and resolving MEP related construction issues; Conduct site inspections to monitor MEP installations and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards; Review and provide technical input on electrical systems, plumbing and drainage, swimming pool systems, pumps, water treatment systems, and air conditioning systems; Support cost estimation, material selection, value engineering, and constructability reviews to optimize MEP systems and project outcomes; Monitor assigned MEP engineering deliverables to ensure they are completed within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards; Maintain accurate MEP drawings, calculations, specifications, revisions, and project records.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline; Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, preferably with experience in villa, residential, hospitality, or similar construction projects; Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning/HVAC, and swimming pool systems; Experience in preparing and reviewing MEP design and construction drawings; Good understanding of MEP engineering calculations, system sizing, equipment selection, and technical specifications; Good understanding of applicable building codes, engineering standards, and local regulations; Experience supporting construction activities, including site inspections, shop drawing reviews, material submittals, installation reviews, and resolving site engineering issues; Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, structural/civil engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams; Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and technical documentation skills; Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other relevant MEP design software is preferred; Experience with villa projects, swimming pool systems, and split/VRV/VRF air conditioning systems will be an advantage.
