The company is hiring an MEP Drafter to support their engineering team in construction and MEP projects. The role is essential for ensuring technical accuracy and coordination in building systems. The position involves assisting in drafting and reviewing MEP drawings, supporting coordination between MEP systems and architectural/structural plans, and conducting site inspections. The drafter will also help compile technical documentation, assist with permit applications, and support senior engineers in maintaining technical standards.
Tanggung jawab: Assist in drafting and reviewing MEP drawings with the engineering team; Support coordination between MEP systems and architectural/structural plans; Conduct basic inspections and prepare site progress reports; Assist in compiling documents for permit applications related to MEP aspects; Support senior MEP engineers in ensuring compliance with technical standards; Help identify discrepancies in drawings and provide updates to supervisors; Assist in data collection, quantity checks, and preparation of technical documentation.
Kualifikasi: Based in Bali is preferred; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field; Basic understanding of MEP systems, installation methods, and relevant codes; 1–2 years of experience in construction/MEP projects is an advantage; Able to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing); Familiar with MEP-related software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting tools; Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and attention to detail; Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment; Able to speak English both verbally and in writing; High motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to develop technical competence.
