China Construction First Group Corporation Limited is a prominent engineering and construction firm seeking a dedicated MEP Drafter to join their team in Cikarang Barat. This role is integral to the company's operations, focusing on the creation of precise technical documentation and drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure projects meet rigorous industry standards and regulatory requirements. The MEP Drafter will work closely with engineers and project managers to translate design specifications into accurate technical drawings. Responsibilities include maintaining drawing libraries, conducting quality checks to ensure consistency, resolving design clashes, and providing technical support to site teams through the preparation of construction documentation and as-built records.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare detailed MEP drawings and schematics using CAD software; Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret design specifications; Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and project requirements; Create construction documentation including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details; Maintain and update drawing libraries and project documentation; Conduct quality checks and revisions; Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes; Assist in the preparation of tender documents and specification sheets; Support site teams with technical drawings and as-built documentation.
Kualifikasi: Proficiency in CAD software; Ability to interpret design specifications; Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
