About the role Scholario Indonesia is seeking an experienced Mentor Matematika (IB/Cambridge) to join our dynamic higher education team. This is a full-time position based in Denpasar Selatan, Bali, where you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students through advanced mathematics curricula. As a Mathematics Mentor, you will be instrumental in helping students master complex mathematical concepts and achieve excellence in international examination systems. This role is essential to our mission of providing world-class education and preparing students for success at leading universities globally.

Key responsibilities Provide personalised mentoring and tutoring to students pursuing IB and Cambridge mathematics qualifications Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles

Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement Guide students through challenging mathematical concepts, problem-solving techniques and examination strategies Prepare students effectively for internal assessments, practicals and final examinations

Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate updates to parents and academic coordinators Collaborate with other educators to ensure curriculum coherence and student success Stay current with IB and Cambridge syllabus updates and examination requirements

Support student wellbeing and foster a positive, engaging learning environment Contribute to the development of learning materials and resources to enhance teaching quality What we're looking
