Education Major : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering. Experience : 1–3 years of relevant experience. Language : English and Chinese skills are not required. Job Responsibilities: Fault Repair : Perform routine inspections to preemptively eliminate equipment shutdown faults and conduct repairs on equipment within the responsible area. Maintenance & Guidance : Guide operators on proper equipment use and perform simple inspection and maintenance work. Daily Planning : Execute daily maintenance plans and perform repairs to ensure zero anomalies on the production line. Monitoring : Conduct daily inspections to identify hidden dangers and resolve them in a timely manner. New Equipment : Participate in the installation and debugging of new factory equipment. Power Distribution : Layout and set up the factory's power distribution lines. Circuit Maintenance : Repair, debug, and maintain circuits for all electrical equipment and platform construction across the factory. Hazard Identification : Identify equipment circuit faults and safety hazards while conducting regular inventory checks. System Testing : Participate in the debugging of various equipment for new product launches. Workshop Standards : Organize the site and tools to maintain 5S standards within the workshop. Inspections : Conduct periodic inventory checks and inspections of all equipment circuits.
