Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Mechanical Engineer bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan keandalan seluruh peralatan produksi di area kerjanya melalui inspeksi rutin, pencegahan gangguan mesin, perbaikan kerusakan, serta pemeliharaan preventif maupun korektif. Peran ini juga terlibat dalam instalasi dan debugging peralatan baru guna mendukung kelancaran proses produksi secara optimal. Selain penanganan teknis perbaikan mesin, posisi ini mencakup tugas perancangan sistem kelistrikan, pembuatan jadwal pemeliharaan perangkat mekanikal dan elektrikal, evaluasi serta perbaikan SOP dan MOP terkait, inventarisasi aset, serta pelaporan kinerja dan hambatan operasional kepada manajemen.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Repair faults: According to production needs, conduct routine inspections, preemptively eliminate equipment shutdown faults, perform fault repair of equipment in the responsible area, and report and record fault information; 2. Maintenance inspection: According to the requirements of equipment use, guide the operator to complete the equipment use and simple inspection and maintenance work; 3. Maintenance and repair: According to the daily maintenance plan, maintenance and repair of relevant equipment; 4. Carry out daily inspection work, find problems in time, and deal with hidden dangers; 5. Participate in the installation and debugging of new equipment; 6. According to the equipment anomaly report and maintenance plan, do the daily maintenance and maintenance work of the production line equipment. In order to ensure that the equipment is zero anomaly and normal production; 7. Responsible for the smooth operation of machinery and electrical components; 8. Work according to the job description directed by the work leader; 9. Report all performance achievements and obstacles encountered to the Facility Operation Manager; 10. Create a maintenance planning schedule for mechanical electrical devices; 11. Assist in conducting evaluations and proposing improvements to SOPs & MOPs related to mechanical and electrical; 12. Inventory and report all mechanical and electrical assets to the manager; 13. Designing Electrical Systems.
Kualifikasi: 1-3 year of experience; Mechanical Engineering, education major is electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering.
