ITC Mangga Dua membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai ME Coordinator. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengoordinasikan pemeliharaan sistem kelistrikan dan elektronika gedung, memimpin proyek perbaikan, menyusun anggaran, melakukan pengawasan operasional, serta menangani keluhan pelanggan terkait fasilitas gedung secara komprehensif. Dalam kesehariannya, posisi ini bertugas membantu Section Head Building Maintenance & Improvement dalam merencanakan, memelihara, memperbaiki, dan mengawasi kondisi fasilitas serta infrastruktur ITC, khususnya pada bidang kelistrikan dan elektronika. Lingkup kerja meliputi perancangan desain, spesifikasi teknis, estimasi biaya, penyusunan rencana kerja mingguan hingga tahunan, serta pengawasan langsung di lapangan guna memastikan seluruh operasional gedung bertingkat berjalan aman dan optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Assist the Building Maintenance & Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, Improvement and supervision of the condition of ITC facilities and infrastructure, especially in the electrical and electronic fields; Includes design, specifications, costs, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field; Responsible for electrical and electronic reports; Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly work plans and submit maintenance budgets; Handling external and Internal customer complaints regarding the building's electrical and electronic facilities.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance/property management; Experienced in multi-story building operations; Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and MEP building systems; Experienced in maintenance planning, budgeting, cost estimation, and project supervision; Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus; Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua Central Jakarta.
