Lembaga homeschooling ini menyediakan pendidikan berkualitas dengan mengintegrasikan standar kurikulum internasional untuk siswa tingkat dasar hingga menengah. Sebagai Guru Matematika, Anda berperan penting dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang interaktif, menjelaskan konsep matematika secara sistematis, serta membimbing siswa agar mampu meningkatkan prestasi akademik mereka. Peran ini menuntut dedikasi tinggi dalam memonitor perkembangan belajar siswa secara berkala serta berkolaborasi secara erat dengan tim akademik dan orang tua murid.
Tanggung jawab: Teach Mathematics based on the International Curriculum; Prepare lessons, learning materials, exercises, and assessments; Help students understand mathematical concepts and improve their academic performance; Monitor students’ learning progress and provide constructive feedback; Adjust teaching strategies based on students’ individual needs; Coordinate with parents and the academic team regarding student progress; Preferred Profile: Mathematics • International Curriculum • Cambridge/IGCSE • Analytical Thinking • Problem Solving • English Proficiency • Teaching Skills • Student-Oriented • Creative • Communicative.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ; teaching/tutoring experience is preferred; Strong understanding of Mathematics for Primary, Secondary, and/or High School levels; Familiar with International Curriculum , such as Cambridge, IGCSE, IB, or equivalent; Able to explain mathematical concepts clearly, systematically, and in an engaging way; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; Able to adapt teaching methods to different students’ abilities and learning styles; Good English communication skills, both written and verbal; Patient, communicative, creative, disciplined, and student-oriented; Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the academic team; Willing to work full-time and commit to the assigned teaching schedule.
