Material Planner Executive

As a Material Planner Executive, you will be responsible for the procurement of raw materials to meet production demand and customers’ requirements, reviewing raw materials safety stock level and activeness, also to make sure that raw materials are procured cost efficiently from reliable supplier You will be based in our factory in Cikarang, and you’ll directly report to SCM Manager. In this role you will: Issue purchase order, follow up with pre-shipment sample and follow up on shipping and update shipment/ supplier details

Arrange internal transfer of raw materials, check and spare raw materials for the lab usage Check transporter invoice and update of supplier price revision into purchase order Responsible for identifying materials required for production and fulfillment of customer’s order.

Responsible for the availability of sufficient raw materials for production requirement Responsible for the issuance of Purchase Orders of the correct item, quantity and to the correct suppliers. Manage Purchase Orders issued and approvals in accordance with guidelines.

Ensure that delivery schedules are updated promptly to system and materials are delivered to our warehouse on time for production use. Work closely with Quality Assurance Dept and suppliers to ensure purchased materials meet our quality standards and customers’ specifications. Handle and document internal raw materials rejections by QA in accordance with procedure.

Identify ways to reduce materials obsolescent and write-off and perform write-off accordingly if needed. Analyze, review and update MRP status of raw materials on a periodic basis. Your required skills & competencies:
