Proyek pembangunan infrastruktur telekomunikasi FTTH (Fiber to the Home) membutuhkan tenaga profesional yang handal dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok dan logistik material di lapangan. Perusahaan menjalankan proyek skala luas di wilayah Sumatera dengan standar operasional yang ketat. Posisi Material Control bertugas penuh dalam mengawasi ketersediaan stok material di gudang, mengatur distribusi dan pengembalian material dari situs proyek, melaksanakan stock opname, serta melakukan rekonsiliasi bersama vendor. Peran ini juga bertanggung jawab dalam manajemen pelaporan basis data proyek secara akurat guna mendukung kelancaran konstruksi jaringan OSP dan FTTH.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor Material Stock in the Warehouse; Collect the Material Excess from the site to the warehouse; Release Material Return Note to the warehouse; Manage Material Distribution to the regional warehouse; Stock Opname; Reconciliation with the vendor; Manage the database report; Monitoring stock, material distribution and returns, stock opname, vendor reconciliation, and database reporting for FTTH projects.
Kualifikasi: Rich experience in OSP construction, FTTH, FTTB, and Backbone Project; Minimum from Diploma and Above; Having at least 2 years of relevant experience; Proficiency in MS Office with good skills in using MS Excel and databases; Good communication in English is a MUST; Ready to work in assigned area Sumatra.
