The Master Data Development Head is responsible for overseeing master data management, supply chain data governance, and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves ensuring data quality and integrity across ERP systems, particularly SAP, to support organizational decision-making and operational efficiency. The position requires a strategic thinker who can manage data workflows, implement automation, and drive data-driven improvements. The incumbent will act as a bridge between technical data management and business operations, ensuring that all master data processes are optimized, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, or related fields; Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Master Data Management, Supply Chain, Data Governance, ERP, or related functions; Experience in Supply Chain planning, Master Data Governance, or digital transformation is highly preferred; Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and SAP/ERP processes; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, data validation, Power Query, and data analysis; Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, RPA, workflow automation, or AI-based data tools is an advantage; Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and teamwork skills.
