Kami mencari Massage & Facial Specialist yang sangat terampil dan penuh perhatian untuk bergabung sebagai penyedia utama relaksasi dan kesehatan kulit. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab melakukan perawatan wajah khusus berdasarkan jenis kulit (deep cleansing, eksfoliasi, ekstraksi, masking, aplikasi serum performa tinggi), memberikan berbagai perawatan tubuh dan pijat terapeutik seperti pijat leher, bahu, tangan, dan kaki, serta melakukan analisis kulit mendalam untuk merekomendasikan solusi yang tepat. Selain itu, Anda mengedukasi klien mengenai perawatan rutin di rumah, melakukan upsell produk dan paket perawatan, menjaga kebersihan dan sanitasi stasiun perawatan, serta menerapkan standar higienitas yang ketat untuk seluruh peralatan dan linen pijat.
Tanggung jawab: Skincare & Facials: Perform tailored facial treatments based on client skin types, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masking and high-performance serum applications; Massage Therapy: Deliver a range of body treatments, such as neck and shoulder, hand and foot massage sometimes during other treatments; Skin Analysis: Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses to identify concerns (eg. aging, acne, dehydration) and recommend targeted solutions; Retail & Routine Planning: Educate clients on home care routines and confidently upsell skincare products and future treatment packages to support their long-term wellness goals; Treatment Station Presentation: Maintain a serene, impeccably clean and sanitary treatment station, managing towel turnover and product inventory efficiently; Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict sanitation standards for all tools, massage linens and workstations.
Kualifikasi: Licensed professional: Valid qualification or license in Esthetics, Beauty Therapy (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), or Massage Therapy; Technical Mastery: Proven competence in advanced facial massage techniques; Product Knowledge: Familiarity with professional skincare ingredients (e.g., AHAs/BHAs, retinols, antioxidants) and chemical safety; Communication: Must be able to confidently speak English. Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills to build long-term client trust; Experience operating skin tech devices (e.g., LED light therapy, microcurrent or microdermabrasion); Desirable Skills:; Experience using Dermalogica products and procedures; Experience with cash handling and daily cashing-up procedures; Previous team leadership experience or supervisory experience; What we offer:; Base salary: 4,000,000 IDR; Commission: 5% commission on services and 10% commission on retail sales; Expected take-home: 6,000,000+ IDR per month (Base + commission average); Working Hours:; 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Shift Structure: 5 days per week on a rotating roster basis (Studio is open 7 days a week; weekend availability is required).
Benefit: Base salary: 4,000,000 IDR; Commission: 5% commission on services and 10% commission on retail sales; Expected take-home: 6,000,000+ IDR per month (Base + commission average).
